Here is some information regarding the Pre-Order. 

Our expected stock replenishment date is Mid March 2024. This is our expectation, stock may be available before or slightly after this date. 

Pre-Orders are generally not refundable. However, if you are returning for our Guarantee or because of damage, please contact our customer service team.

All Pre-Order customers will receive a special gift after they receive their purchase.
